Firstly, it was understood that Ashlee has been running on the treadmill consistently for the past few months and is not new to running. She also exercises weekly and is physically active. Additionally, the PAR-Q screening results proved that she has no heart conditions. Her injuries however, may be a restriction for her as she follows the program. This is because Ashlee once injured her knee from overtraining. She needed two days of complete rest before she could resume her exercise regime. Although she claimed that the injury was not severe, it must be taken seriously as a recurrent knee injury might occur.
