Which brings up the next point where many people find fields they fall into, some stick to those fields simply because it’s a means to pay the bills, which can lead a person not to be happy for flourish in that field. I am more of a person that likes to change fields, I am someone that is all over the place, and I worked in a machine shop running a CNC laser machine that would cut products out for various companies. For example the electrical box in your house that holds the breakers to control the electric in each room, I would make them out of a flat piece of metal, we also had a powdercoating line that I would paint Harley motorcycle frames on. I am not strong in the math area, but when I would apply it to the CNC laser it made sense to me. So I learned I am a more hands on person, and physical, I can never do a desk job. Whereas now I work in the nursing field which is another hands on job, sitting in the class room trying to understand the nursing process and how it applies make no sense to me, but give me a patient and it make sense. What I would love to do for a living is read books and review them just not sure that pays the bills though.

As they are just learning the basics of how the workforce works, and how they fit into the situation. With my first job at Pizza Hut I was just learning how it works, how to be a team member, how to interact with co-workers. The rules during that time were more black and white, no outside the box approach to the situation. Where as to when an individual gets older and more experience in the workforce they are becoming more realistic in their way of thinking. This is most likely due to they have more experience and skills to contribute to the job. They are able to work with their co-workers and find different approaches to have their work become more efficient and
