One of the things I should start to do to get in better shape is to start walking or to do something that I would exercise in. This could be like a sport like I really wish our school had a soccer team, this soccer team would help me get in to better shape. Another thing I could start doing is to eat less fat foods, which will be hard because I like to eat lots of different types of meat. Another thing I could do is start eating healthier things instead of junk food, I like to eat a lot of chips. My exercise is very limited it is mostly me walking to different things. I should be exercising a lot more then I am getting. I could do crunches each morning before I get ready to school doing this I will be exercising my abs. I could also run while I wait for my dog to use the restroom in the morning. I could also do some push ups each night before bed. These things will and should help me become better fit for many activities I would like to be in and will help me with the activities I am already
