6 Hours Process Analysis

So here, you’ve planned your whole preparation process for 6 hours and 5 minutes, but you also want to be realistic so you’ve added a 2 hour margin, just in case something should prevent you from respecting your 6 hours original time planning.
Phase 4- Practice your speech: The next phase and perhaps the last phase of your preparation, is the rehearsal of your speech, or should we say all the activities that involve practicing. It consists of putting yourself into a situation where you actually imagine yourself being in a crowded closed room, and that you are actually giving your speech. Have you ever been daydreaming while your favorite song was playing and that you were actually imagining yourself singing that song in front of a crowd? Well, this technique works the same way, where you have already memorized your speech, and you imagine yourself giving that speech to a large audience.
