To answer the above questions, this study will utilize a case study design under qualitative method. The emphasis of how individuals perceive, believe, and perform or behave is more practical and accurate when such individuals share their experiences in a case study (Baxter et al., 2012) and hence the choice of this design. I plan to develop between 6-10 semistructured open ended interview questions. These questions will be used to seek answers from selected nursing leadership, hospital leaders and some nursing staff. Each interview will be 10-15 minutes in length. Additionally, I intend to secure available policies and procedures on BCMA practice from Methodist Hospital located in greater Dallas metropolis in Texas where the data will be obtained.
