The writing process was another big take away from the class because it reminded me that there is a process in writing a paper. Students need to know that the first product they write will not be perfect because writing involves a process which includes brainstorming, drafts, revising, and sharing/publishing. The benefit for students is that they have the opportunity to write and teachers will be able to work with a small group and individuals who need more help.
