The only thing that my vision means is that I want to help poor rural areas get quality education; it is a goal. Hitler’s vision was to eliminate the Jews who were blamed for the Treaty of Versailles. This treaty placed a burden upon Germany by causing them to pay out over $785 billion. I believe a good quality that every leader should have is a good dream. Martin Luther King Jr. for example was a great leader because he had a dream that others could relate to. He wanted blacks to be treated equally, and with his “I have a dream” Speach it helped pass the dream along. You also need to be good at convincing people to agree with your side. If no one wants to vote for your side then your not a good leader.…

Hitler was one of the best influential speakers, he just did not use his oratory skills correctly in ways that could have helped his people. Hitler knew the power behind a strong heart-felt speech saying, "I know that men are won over less by the written than by the spoken word, that every great movement on this earth owes its growth to great orators and not to great writers" in "Mein Kampf," in 1925. When hitler spoke he made gestures and became loud and passionate and would then recollect and become quiet. Therefore, when speaking he could make anyone believe what he was saying. Hitler was an incredibly influential speaker that interested the people.…

One example of this is when we visualize the Germans beating and whipping the Jews and not having any remorse for them. They hit the Jews like they were just punching a tree or an inanimate object. The Germans did not even have any feelings about how they treated the Jews with the little to no food, punishments, and threats. Which is one concept that Hitler wanted for the Jews. He also achieved almost god like acknowledgment from everyone, even the Jews at the end saw him as a respectable man that kept his promises.…

Despite being Prussian, Bismarck was nonetheless driven to unify Germany due to the fear of liberal ideology in a fragmented Germany. In essence, Bismarck was violent and would not stop at anything until his goals were realized with the eventual formation of a German state. Meanwhile, Adolf Hitler, an Austrian, sought to rid the nation of any race that was not “pure,” creating a utopian society based upon his radical ideology. Like Bismarck, Hitler was close-minded and would always go with his instinct, regardless of what was truly in the best interest of the masses.…

It is generally agreed that Hitler was a great leader. If he wasn’t, he would never have managed to convince nearly the entire nation that the killing of Jews and any other “inferior” race was not only morally acceptable, but morally necessary. Hitler was a passionate, eloquent orator. He saw the opportunity provided by the Treaty of Versailles and took it to rise to power. Unfortunately, Hitler used his power for evil rather than good.…

Nonetheless, there are people in history that lead, have courage, and are tactical (like a great person is) who don’t necessarily fit into the ideal standard of greatness. Adolf Hitler is one such person. Hitler can be considered one of the greatest leaders in history. Hitler was a part of the German military but later became the perceptive leader of the National Socialist (Nazi) party in September of 1919.
