Payments:
• The data is pulling the coverage periods correct for the cases reviewed. However, we have identified instances where the 45001/2 cases in NCFAST are sometimes not agreeing to the 4200 case NCFAST screens (for example, FNSPAYMENTSID 15935001). Can you please provide the FDs that document the restoration and supplemental underpayment cases.
• Benefit Issued Date – NCFAST researching
• 39 blank FA decisions – NCFAST researching. OSA has reviewed some of the cases and identified the following scenerios that may be causing you issues: split decisions, postponed decisions, and transitional cases. Please see our notes in the attached excel spreadsheet. …show more content…
It appears that 1,577 of those cases are currently closed. That could potentially be something that needs to be corrected in your script. I went through some of the other cases and couldn’t identify why they were excluded. I have attached a listing of FNSPAYMENTSID for you to perform your own research.
• Cases where the assistance units provided do not align with the frontward facing application – NCFAST is working on getting the data from the BLOB versus using the Groups – Assistance Units tab
• Business staff should check out the 216 year old DO NOT USE member for ASSISTANCEUNITSID 187273279
Certifications:
• Instances where the same certificaiotn period is in the data twice, once as application and the other as a blank recertification. Refer to FNSCERTIFICATIONSID 3856647 (correct) and 38783122 (incorrect). This is throwing our analysis off and we will need this to be corrected before we can analyze
