3rd Shift Supervisor Memo

As we discussed on 10/28/17, 3rd shift supervisor Massiel Perez notified me that, she will not be coming back to work because of a personal reasons. I have discussed this with CSC leadership and a requisition will be opened for a supervisor on Monday morning. Moving forward, I will be utilizing the supervisors that have to back fill the supervisor positions. For the time being, John Kudasik will be the acting 2nd shift supervisor Monday-Wednesday and Henry Blume will be the acting 3rd shift Monday-Wednesday. Domingo Pena and I will be cover the remaining supervisor hour on Thursday and Friday. This will allow Neil Zola, John Kudasik, and Henry Blume to take care of the weekend without going over the allowed hours. This plan of action will be a temporary fix until 2nd shift Supervisor Tatiana Kania gets back from Maternal leave on 11/20/17. I was able to talk to Tatiana Kania and confirm that she will be returning. Upon her return, the schedules for the supervisor will be adjusted as such. 1st shift supervisor/ Account Manager Enmanuel Cabrera, 1st weekend Supervisor Neil Zola, 2nd shift Supervisor Tatiana Kania, 2nd shift Weekend Supervisor John Kudasik, 3rd shift Supervisor Henry Blume, and 3rd shift weekend Supervisor Domingo Pena. …show more content…
These training binders, will be based on our OJT requirements and our Site specific training. This will ensure that we don’t have any gaps in training with the officers that we currently have on site. The training binders in question will be created no later than 11/10/17, to ensure we are all on the same paper while in Amazon Peak period.
