Maj McGuire’s claim is not much of an argument that answers his research question. His claim is more of a restatement of the question; the EO experience and how it can better benefit the Air Force. Possibly, the claim could be stronger, if stated, the Air Force needs to take full advantage of the skills and experience gained by becoming an EO. However, his reason does support the need for better EO utilization with current reductions and need for presence overseas.…

Canada offered several benefits for the air training plans compared to other countries since they offered huge areas of land to develop training sites and manufacture planes. Canada is also right beside the United States and near Great Britain, which allowed them to have easier access to aircraft parts and transportation of men and their equipment. During 1940 – 1945, 151 BTCAP schools and other facilities were developed across Canada. The schools and facilities were run by thousands of members of the women’s division and many other volunteers of the Royal Canadian Air Force.…

This is a rebuttal to the nonrec I received last Tuesday. The nonrec states that I do not meet my OIC's physical fitness standards in order to be promoted. It does not exactly state it, but I know that he is referring to my 2nd class PFT. His "standard" for promotion as stated by the corporals a couple weeks ago while passing word was that anyone that does not have a 1st class PFT or fails the rifle range will not be looked at for promotion. Although, this standard is now easily achievable for me, it was not the standard for recommendation when I ran my PFT back in April.…
