3Q Audit Report

In the 3Q, there is an issues because numbers in the audit reports don’t reconciled. The numbers of SQF reports and AL evaluated are not the same. As the report read in its current stage, it appears that teams evaluated one set of SQF reports and another separate set of ALs. The reports are unclear about how certain numbers appear in the reports.

For example, in QAD # 16-1910 (see attached), it appears 35, 11, and 7 are different sets of items evaluated. It is not clear in the report how 11 and 7 are part of 35 SQF reports and AL evaluated. The executive summary, summary of findings, and objectives does not explain how and where 11 and 7 were obtained.

For number of stops in AL and total number of stop reports evaluated to be in agreement,
