The use of 3D animation has grown enormously in feature films over the last decade. Major film studios, such as Disney and Pixar have released more 3D animated movies than ever before. Technology is advancing and consumers are demanding realistic animation along with this evolution. Based on the performance of recent 3D films, the trend of 3D animation is bound to continue and develop further. 3D animation’s influence on American society is growing with the help of the stable major corporations, Pixar and Disney. They have released a plethora of massively successful films in the past five years alone, including Frozen (2013), Inside Out (2015), Monsters University (2013), Brave (2012), Cars 2 (2011), Toy Story 3 (2010) and, most recently,
