Commitments can help one achieve their goals. The commitment I made to myself of only riding my bike when I am completely done with assignments has increased my time in quadrant two greatly. Along with the commitment pertaining to my hobbies, the commitment of my 32-day challenge going to office hours has improved my learning greatly. I use to go into my math professor’s office hours with a few questions that were fairly broad based topics but now after fully understanding each topic leading up to what we are currently learning, I usually only have small/detailed question or two now. I spend less time at office hours now and have a better relationship with my professors and understand the topics better. The 32-day challenge was a simple
