The training increased their knowledge in the corrective action process. While a few processes were discussed I would like to provide a Presentation of the Encompass Rerate Overview. Outlining the Rerate Specialist role and Rerate processing will show the corrective action functions provided by the Roanoke campus. This will provide their team with more knowledge of the corrective action process. The benefits for corrective action will make sure call logs are updated and assigned correctly resulting in quicker call log closures which reduces premium and Interest payments.
Projects continue to roll out with incorrect code which result in corrective Action. Consulting with a Project Manager and review the Project Support functions for opportunities to add better value for a successful project implementation.
