INFORMATION:
On the above date and time, I, Officer Stone was dispatched by my office to 300 S. Main St. for a resident making threats to the manager and being disorderly. When on scene, I talked to the complainant, Todd Borck the manager of Lockwood Apt. Mr. Borck stated that a resident, Richard Carr from apartment 435 came to pay his rent at the office and began yelling a Mr. Borck. Mr. Borck stated that there was a strong odor of alcohol coming from Mr. Carr. Mr. Borck was showing someone that was moving in around the complex.
