I read a realistic fiction book, 30 days of no gossip by Stephanie Faris. This is a 208 page book. According to a review on Amazon, this is a great middle school book. I also agree that this a great middle school book, and an example of middle school life. The main character, or protagonist, is a present day Troy middle school girl named Maddie. In her school, she is the gossip queen. She has a website called the “Troy Tattler”, where she writes everything she knows about other people. She is very talkative and eager to tell her friends about what’s going on. When her best friend Vivienne Lakewood tells her a secret, Maddie spilled the beans to someone else.
