Eliminate sugarDo not eat any sugar. That means no soft drinks, no adding sugar to tea or coffee, no eating foods with added sugar.Check everything you buy to see if sugar has been added. If it has then put it back. 90% of foods in the supermarket do have sugar added, even ones you wouldn’t suspect so be careful.High fructose corn syrup is another form of sugar, so don’t eat foods with that in it either.If you see a food labelled low-fat then walk away.
