30 Day Challenge Research Paper

My 30-day challenge is to continue to sleep early at 10:30 p.m. every night. The outcomes affect of this, it really has position me to be alert, reduce my anxiety, and control my appetite levels. Back then, I was accustomed of sleeping late due to doing homework all day, or watching Netflix. This wellness challenge has changed my life entirely. I was abundantly excited to attempt this challenge of sleeping early. What made me choose this challenge was by the positive outcomes it pertained. I have to say it was not easy performing this challenge. There were nights where I wanted to go out late at night, or watch Netflix. One solution was I had to turn off my cellphone around 10:25 p.m. to fall asleep, and read my marketing textbook to fall asleep.
