3 Reasons Why School Should Start Later?

There are three reasons as to why school should start later then 8:00am. First, students are usually exhausted during their first period classes. Students typically go to sleep later at night because of school work and distractions such as their phones. They often have little to no energy in the mornings, which effects their listening and learning skills. Second, having a later wake up time in the mornings will give them more time to do things like eat (which a lot of teens do not do in the mornings), shower, and possibly complete some extra school work or studying. Since students prefer to sleep in, they are usually in a hurry to do most of these things in the morning. Lastly, teachers will have more time to get to school. Most teachers live
