On day 1 I had scrambled eggs with milk and butter which had 1.14 grams of fatty acid, and a hot dog wiener with 0.07 grams of fatty acids. On day 2 the only food that I consumed that had fatty acids, was fried vegetable rice with 0.04 grams of fatty acids. On day 3 the only food I consumed with fatty acids was a hot pocket with ham and cheese with 0.23 grams of fatty acids. The recommended intake for omega 3 fatty acids is 1.6 grams a day. My total omega 3 fatty acid intake for my 3 day average was 0.66 grams. I got a thumbs down because I didn’t meet the recommended DRI. The recommended DRI omega 6 fatty acids intake is 17 grams a day. During my 3 day analysis I consumed a total of 4.57 grams. I got a thumbs down because I did not meet the recommended DRI. Additionally, the recommended intake for cholesterol is 300mg a day. My cholesterol intake for my 3 day average was 224.7 grams. I got a thumbs down, because my cholesterol intake is below the recommended
