The 24-hour social media challenge actually made me grow as a person. The 24-hour challenge opened my eyes to many things like there is more than life than your phone and that when you are using your phone you don’t socialize. So while I was doing the 24 challenge I kept myself busy so I wouldn’t have to use my phone. I even went to the gym with my mom and sister to keep myself distracted which that was a good two-hour workout. As a person that just uses your phone 24/7, you don’t realize what is around you. From this artifact I realized that there is more in life like when I went hiking I was taking pictures and then I realize that I should not use it, I didn’t use it and I enjoyed my surrounding.
