What is the 24 Day Challenge?

The 24 Day Challenge diet is a detox and weight loss program made by a company called “Advocare.” It is supposed to help an obese person lose a good amount of weight in a short period of time. The company claims that its program is based on the principle that a person cannot lose weight if their body is full of toxins and chemicals that are slowing down their liver and gastrointestinal system.

How Did the 24 Day Challenge Start?

Advocare was started as a money-making operation that is based on multi-level marketing. It is set up to have just a few top executive positions, several middle-management positions, and a much larger base of low-level sales people.

In this type of organization, the executives at the

They are also told to strive to bring in more low-level sales employees besides themselves, which is supposed to aid in promoting them further up in the company.

The Advocare company has quickly grown into a multi-million dollar organization over the years that is supported by several highly-publicized sports aficionados and athletes. Of course, Advocare often pays these famous people for their contributions towards the advertising of the company's products though.

What are the 24 Day Challenge Claims?

The company who sells the 24 Day Challenge by Advocare claims that it can rid the body of several pounds of waste and toxins within 10 days or less. They also say it will speed up a person's metabolism and energy. There has been no scientific studies done to back up any of this information though.

What are the Ingredients in the 24 Day Challenge Products?

The 24 Day Challenge printable guide that comes with the products that are sold by Advocare mentions that all of the food products that the company sells are designed to support all of the nutritional needs of a person. This is confusing because each type of food that is listed on the 24 Day Challenge schedule seems to have poor-quality

There has been no scientific studies done on what the 24 Day Challenge Advocare results of the 24 Day Challenge recipes and 24 Day Challenge snacks are on the body. So the only way to tell what the potential 24 Day Challenge Advocare results could be is to look at the way that the ingredients that are in the Advocare products might affect the body.

There is a high amount of insoluble fiber in the 24 Day Challenge snacks, which could potentially aid in helping the body's digestive system rid itself of waste more efficiently. Fiber is also useful for preventing blood sugar spikes that are detrimental to weight loss.

The 24 Day Challenge recipes that Advocare suggests to those who purchase their 24 Day Challenge meal plan are mostly based on combinations of lean protein and vegetables because it says that these foods help detox the body. But fresh fruit, whole grains, and dairy products are still allowed, which makes this one of the most sensible aspects of the detox diet.

The food choices that are in the cookbook are supposed to all be beneficial for aiding the body in ridding itself of toxins and chemicals. But if a closer look is taken at them, this is highly doubtful
