At 21st Century Solutions Health Care Hospital we pride ourselves with diversity of leaders in our governing body. In order to unify our hospital we have unique committee’s that comprise of various skill sets throughout the hospital. Instead of limiting our committees to educated health administrators and physicians, we look to train and educate nurses and other professionals throughout the hospital to gain better perspectives and innovative ideas for our hospital. We also utilize the latest technology to manage our information systems, so that our staff are able to communicate and share information better and faster. We take patient information serious at 21st Century Solutions, so we also keep up to date on technology security systems …show more content…
We are a healthcare educational center of excellence offering a dynamic environment that emphasizes development, readiness, and accountability. In order to express our mission and vision to our employees and patients we will produce a visual of a building with pillars that shows what we are striving for: Quality Health Care, Service Excellence, Diversity, Professional Accountability, Readiness, and Professional Development. The foundation of these pillars is going to be communication. In order to communicate this new goal to our staff and patients we will make billboards, posters, signs, and cards to go with ID badges with the five pillars and foundation on it, so that all the staff can feel united in the goal and purpose of this hospital. We want nothing less than excellence when we are serving our patients. They are why we exist and are the fundamental reason that we pursued careers in the health care field. Our goal is that our service to our patients will be talked about worldwide and will put us a step above our competition. Our staff will always put the patient’s preferences and wants first, as long as it will not comprise their care, before our staff’s preferences. We will train our staff to be looking for ways to go the extra mile for our patients. If someone looks lost take the time to ask if they need help or show them the location of what their looking for.
