SWOT Analysis:
SWOT stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. It is an analytical framework which helps an organization face its greatest challenges and also find its most promising new markets (Goodrich, 2015). The thing that makes SWOT remarkably powerful is that, with a little consideration, it can help us uncover opportunities that we are well-placed to exploit. And by deeply understanding the weaknesses of our business, we can manage and eliminate threats that would have otherwise result us unawares. By looking at our organization and the competitors through using the SWOT framework, a strategy can be efficiently crafted that creates distinguishing factors for our organization to gain competitive advantage in the market
