The twenty-one days rule is an action that creates a new habit in 21 days which principle of the theory is to build faith in mind. The rule has a simple technique that spends at least 15 minutes per day to create habits that need to. it can solve the waking up late problem and everybody can use this rule. People who want to wake up early just define a time when they wake up in every day. Although people will sleep late in some day, they still wake up in same times because they always do until body used to wake up early. So, it can help people to solve the waking up late
