In this chapter, the author shared the importance of a leader prioritize his work. The author discussed “the Pareto principle” which is the 20/80 principle. Leaders cannot do everything and be everywhere. Leaders need to set a goal and prioritize what is important. Max has divided prioritize into four categories: High importance/high urgency, high importance/low urgency, low importance/ high urgency, and low importance/ low urgency. Leaders can catch busy with work, but a leader needs to work wisely know what is needed to be done and what can wait.
