Lastly, the Bible make a comparison in 2 Samuel 6:12/Kings 8:9-11 and Luke 1:5,2:21-22. In 2 Samuel 6:12/Kings 8:9-11 it talks about how the ark returned to its sanctuary and ended up in Jerusalem, then God's glory was revealed in the new temple. In Luke 1:5,2:21-22 we see that Mary has returned to her home and ended up in Jerusalem, then she reveals God the Son in the new temple. The comparison in these two passages is that both Mary and the Ark went home then ended up in Jerusalem. Also, in the Old Testament it says that God's glory was revealed on the new temple, therefore, Jesus is "God's glory" that was revealed in the new
