Purpose
To help those who have difficulties to identify the factors that cause them to feel angry by encouraging them to express their feeling through writing or drawing it down as a positive way to deal with their issues.

Objectives
The objectives participants will learn from this activity are ;
1. Participants will be able to recognize the anger and act positively towards it to avoid accumulated negative feeling.
2. Participants able to recognize different ways to handle their anger especially when they emotions are being manipulated by anger.
3. To encourage participants to use this method of controlling anger in daily situation that requires healing immediately.
