I chose the 1st amendment because it is the most important of all. It gives the people of America the right speak freely about anything. You can’t tell someone to be quite because they don’t like what you have to say. The founding fathers put this amendment in the bill of rights because they wanted everyone to be free to speak their mind, no matter what. A lot of people think that it doesn’t matter that this amendment exists so that people can speak their mind, most people who try to stop this amendment are not always the best people to have around they get close minded and are not open to other people’s pint of view.
