Comparing and contrasting the 1963 and 1990 versions of “THE LORD OF THE FLIES”. The Lord of the Flies is about a group of British schoolboys deserted on an unknown island after their plane was being attacked during an act of war. This novel symbolized savagery vs. civilization. The 2 versions of the lord of the flies set different tones and conflict’s which makes them not similar. The major theme of the lord of the flies is the thrashing of innocence that teaches how people can change when they realize what they're capable of doing.
In the 1963 version of the lord of the flies started off with a variety of pictures us what happened at the beginning of the movie. I believe that they started off with a bunch of pictures is because the technology
