1984 Winston's Run Chapter 4

Decent Essays
In this chapter of run, a boy named Winston was brought home by the police in handcuffs. They thought Winston would run away again so the put him in handcuffs. He had been on the run when they found him. It had been more than 48 hours this time and the police had to get involved. They entered Winston’s house and questioned him and his mom. They also asked if Winston’s dad knew everything going on to his son at the moment. His parents had divorced about two years ago and his dad was barely around anymore. They ended up making a suggestion that Winston should spend some time with his dad, even if he was going to Nova Scotia. HIs mom took the suggestion.
