What owner wants to keep wasting their money on a car that constantly needs attention? No one. BMW is telling the audience that this car rarely needs repairs, so you don’t have to be concerned about that. They also bring up the idea that it is 25 miles per gallon. In 1967, 25 MPG was pretty good considering that forty-nine years later, a good MPG is 30 MPG and above. BMW then states that they’ve been working on automobiles for fifty years and their only vision was to build the best car. BMW has the best car of all time and the audience should buy from them because it’s been their vision from the start. The description of the ad ends with BMW stating, “Funny thing, though.
