EREPORT # 19635 stated the following: The incident occurred on 3/24/2016 and is currently going on at this time. Mary is constantly cursing the child, calling her bitches. Mary has hit Jessica more than once. Jessica is constantly crying. Jessica stated that she does not want to be in the home with her mother anymore because they can not get along at all.Jessica mother leaves the home to go work in Vicksburg but leaves her brother to care for Jessica. Jessica is very emotional and she is always putting things about suicidal and killing her mother all the time. Mary does not care about Jessica at all. Jessica is currently at the housing crying because her mother is cursing her. Jessica stated that she is about to run away and never come back
