EREPORT # 19349 stated the following: The incident happened on on 3/1/16 at 17:03 hours. The two children were left at the home unattended by their mother. When law enforcement arrived Dallas stated that his mother was going to the store and he was suppose to watch his little sister Breona while the mother was gone. Office Hodge was able to locate the mothers cell phone number and contacted her. The mother states that she was at citgo station at church rd and airways on her way home. the mother arrived 5 mins later. the mother states that she felt her son was mature enough to watch his sister for a short time.
