When taking the 16Personalities Test online at, 16personalities.com, it tested my personality type. For example, I was given countless questions about my personality and had to answer between strongly agree, agree, neutral, disagree, or strongly disagree. When taking this personality test I realized it asked questions about all various aspects of personality types. It asked many diverse questions for say if I found it difficult to introduce myself to other people and if I try to respond to email as soon as possible because I cannot stand a messy inbox. According to my personality test results, my personality type is a protagonist (ENFJ-T). ENFJ-T, stands for Extraverted, iNtuitive, Feeling, Judging, and Turbulent.

As I mentioned I am a reserved person that I select when I will allow myself to be the center of attention and be part of the spotlight. As a result, I have concluded that I am a very passive person where I tend to stay on the sidelines and observe what might be going on. I was shocked the type of profession would best suit me. To me, this means that if my personality type fits my career choice, it will not fit perfectly, but if it does not, it is not as big of a deal. ENTJs are considered good leaders that worry more about getting things done, instead of worrying about the people they’re commanding. ENTPs (because I’m only J over P by 1%) are considered debaters. I agree with both of these. I also agree with my learning style…

The big five personality test is an intriguing test to take and I feel it helped me understand what my personality can be, especially when it comes to social situations. Growing up I felt like the odd one out because I was not the talkative, outgoing, person everyone wanted me to. Working, and attending college has helped me understand who I am, along with growing up. The first trait I got results on, and I was a bit shocked at, was open-mindedness. I really enjoyed reading the results because it definitely describes exactly who I am in all areas including career paths. After taking this assessment, I learnt that I have the INFJ (Introvert, Intuitor, Feeler, and Judger) personality type. An INFJ has strengths and weaknesses. Some of my strength as an INFJ are being creative- in terms of resolving human challenges and have a strong sense of compassion and vivid imagination, insightful- such as seeing through dishonesty and disingenuous motives, Altruistic- “ INFJ would take action not because they are trying to advance themselves but because they want to advance ideas that they truly believe would make the world better,” (Chris, 2017) decisive, value driven and conscientious, passionate and determined, convincing and inspiring. Whereas, my weakness as an INFJ are being too sensitive, can easily burn out, extremely private, always seeking perfection, and always the need to have a cause.…
