16 year olds are the main cause of accidents. Studies show that within the first year of 16 year old getting their driver's license, they are involved or are the cause of a car accident. Also, two people die every day across the USA in vehicles driven by careless 16-year-olds. According to the article titled “Is 16 Too Young to Drive a Car?”,
In 2003, there were 937 drivers who were 16 that were involved in fatal car crashes which is nearly five times the rate of 20 years or older who cause accidents.

Many people think that 16 year old drivers are to immature to drive. Scientist back this up by their research. In their research they state that the brain isn’t fully mature till the age of 25. Although, ones 16 year old brain may be more
