On the date of 9/28/17 I was dispatched to 1440 Maple. When I arrived at the scene there were two neighbors outside their house. I approached them and asked them what is going on? They responded by saying “we hear some yelling and screaming going on in there”. I approached the house of 1440 maple the front door of the house hold. Officer Smith knocked on the door. Smith then heard a male saying “don’t answer that door”. I opened the door. Me and officer smith then observed Robert hall yelling at Janice hall and jay hall.
Information:
When I entered in the household. The Family was in the living room. I noticed a young man by the name of jay hall was lying on the ground with his hand covering an open cut on his head. Janice hall
