Suicide Among Elementary-Aged Black Children
According to a new study accessible in the journal JAMA Pediatrics, In the 1990s, suicide rates among black youths of age, and children in elementary school have virtually multiplied, whereas suicide rates between white youths have decreased. Statistics have shown that from 1993 through 2012, children in the age range of 5 thru 11, found that despite the fact that the general suicide rate among this age group continued to stay stable, the rate extended, especially among black children.
