Time definitely flies, and tomorrow is our midpoint towards the 12 week challenge. Has it is been easy? No, Worth it? ABSOLUTELY!!
Please remember to weigh-in tomorrow, we recommend you to weight in the morning before eating lunch. Please come see Marcy or myself to record your weight. We will have a midpoint winner, the team member with the highest total weight loss will win!
