The ability in use ICT and the Internet into a new form of literacy are called as the Digital Literacy.
Digital literacy is fast becoming a prerequisite for creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship and without which people cannot participate fully in society and do not acquire the skills and knowledge necessary for life.
