I will be out of Miami for the holidays, and I will return to the city on January 5th. So, I can't join my client and you in moving in procedure for the unit #1114 at Opera Tower.
I would like to use this opportunity to introduce you to Daniela Avellan, who is future tenant at the unit #1114. She needs bank account and routing number to deposit first and last rent in amount of $3300 as agreed in the lease contract. Also, your's commission check will be at my broker's office at Worldwide Properties, 400 Alton Road, Miami Beach, FL, or I could hand it to you on January 5 th when I return from the trip.
