109 North Ridge Circle Accident: A Case Study

I resonded to 109 North Ridge Circle in reference to a accident. Upon arrival, I made contact with Brenda Lee Herden. Harden stated that she went to Suntrace MHP to pick her son up from his dad house on this date. Harden stated that his father(Eric Mcwaters) was mad because she wont let him claim there child on taxes this year. Harden stated that Mcwaters then stood between the door of her car to keep her from closing it and said, "I'll beat your ass if you don’t let me claim our son on taxes this year." I did noticed damge to the interior of the door. The vehicle belonged to Stanley Griswold.

Warrant procedures were advised to Harden and Griswold.
