Ninety-seven years after a nuclear apocalypse destroyed planet Earth, the remaining humans have been living on an orbiting space station known as “the ark”. Little-known to those living on the ark, the home of the surviving humans is running out of oxygen, forcing the Counsel of the Ark to send down 100 juvenile delinquents to Earth in order to test Earth’s habitability.
