Inquiry means the act of asking for information or an investigation of sorts. The process

specifically involves exploration, gathering of evidence, and developing ideas and conclusion.

With those procedures in context, continuously utilizing your inquiry capabilities allows efficient

research to be organized and information to be received. For my informative purpose, I will

apply the process of inquiry to explore the career opportunities for college graduates with a

degree in finance. I will essentially have a clearer understanding of how I should search for

employment after graduation, but conclusively decide if finance is the path I should take.

I strongly believe that security is insurmountably more important than any other

component of the employment decision-making. To further explore the idea of job security, I

desire to understand what experiences would make me a considerably valuable candidate; plus,

discover how many individuals just like me (finance majors) that are graduating yearly and

currently searching for employment. Ultimately, learning how to better display myself to future

hiring managers will certainly be a task that I need to start soon.

In the aspects of job security, the job outlook for finance majors is expected to grow
