1-Kara's Dietary Intake

1- Kara is feeling fatigued because her dietary intake is missing the essential protein. We cannot say that she is not eating protein because her foods contain protein, but it is not enough and it is not from an animal source. For example, she only drinks orange juice for breakfast, which is contain of fiber mostly. Then at lunch, she eats 2 cups macaroni and cheese and a small fruit cup, which are high in carbohydrate not in protein. Finally, her dinner is also high in carbohydrate and a little bit of protein.
2- Kara's dietary calorie intake should be 2,200 kcal, and her protein daily intake should be around 6 ounces, which equal 170 gram.
I think the recommended daily intake of calorie and protein from MyPlate.gov is very high, especially
