1) I’m there to help out the staff and try and make the room run as smoothly as possible I also am there to learn from the other workers and to help the children learn and make sure they are having fun I have the responsibilities of doing some adult led activates and setting up the room to a good standard for them to learn and achieve by the activates I set out. I do a lot of creative activates with the child to learn to control a small group and be able to plan and execute the activity in a good manor for them to learn from and have fun. Also to be able to give a good and effective feedback to the parents about the child and their day at nursery.

But I feel I have achieved a lot so far in my apprenticeship so I feel I’m at the top of my standards that I can be for the nursery.
6) There are lots of different support I can have for my learning and development some are staff meetings to see my progress and to learn from others and there mistakes as well, web based learning, discussions with my tutor and manger to see where I am at.
7) The people that should be involved are me, carers, advocators, and a manger. The process for agreeing a personal development plan should not rushed taken time and should be done on one to one basis with the student and manger and tutor involved and be making one together adding things that you need to improve on and how that can be done and how long that would take and where it would be done.
8) How to contribute is to think the good and bad things I do and what I need to concentrate on to improve on and make me a good Practitioner for future. I also need to know the best way I learn so I can get the best out of
