Fluency is one of the several critical factors necessary for reading comprehension. 11 Fluency is important but on the other hand there are people out there like myself, who have succeeded in reading and my fluency rate was terrible. Comprehension was always low and the teachers were worried, If a student has the drive then they will succeed with or with fluency.
