A: MHS discussed the member’s behavior at school with his mother.

R:MHS recently visited member’s school to obtain information on member’s academic progress and behavior status. MHS began the session by informing the member's mother of the information that she has obtained during her visit to the member's school. MHS states she has personally seen a great deal of improvement in the member as an individual. MHS informed the member's mother that his teacher has been giving him a great deal of compliements for his academic and behavioal status. The member's teacher continues to encourage the member to maintain the status and assures him that he is heading down the
