On 04-01-2016 at approximately 1330 hours I, Officer Hildebrand met with Kayla Osborne at the station to speak to her about a Partner Family Member Assault (PFMA) that occurred the night previous.

Kayla stated that the night previous her boyfriend Derand Frink had abused her. Kayla stated that Derand had grabbed her legs and shoved her against the wall. Derand grabbed Kayla by the throat and shoved her into the wall. Kayla stated that her throat was still hurting and left marks on her neck. Kayla also had marks on her torso from being grabbed and pushed around the house. Kayla said that one of Derand's friends came into the room and Derand stopped. Kayla stated that Derand never assaulted her before that all this started happening in the past
