In the “im just bill” song by School house rock, it only goes over the brief aspects of the complicated long process on how a bill becomes a law. In the song, it states like most things, the bill starts off as an idea. Mostly these ideas come from problems that arise in the American society. The problems then go forth as ideas to a congress man in which that he has to agree with. If the congress man agrees then he we will write the bill which will later be presented to the committee and will stay in the committee for a long time. If the committee agrees on the bill, then the bill is passed on to house of representatives.
